Qing Feng 慶封 (d. 538), courtesy name Zijia 子家 or Ji 季, was a high minister in the state of Qi 齊 during the Spring and Autumn period 春秋 (770-5th cent. BCE).

He was a son of Qing Ke 慶克 and served the dukes Zhuang 齊莊公 (r. 553-548) and Jing 齊景公 (r. 547-490). His rise from a grand master (dafu 大夫) to chief minister was due to his involvement in the murder of Duke Zhuang who had an affair with the wife of the nobleman Cui Zhu 崔杼. Both enthroned Prince Chujiu 杵臼 (known as Duke Jing) and took over the posts as left and right counsellor-in-chief.

In 546, a conflict between Qing Feng and Cui Shu's son erupted, and Qing Feng decided to get rid of his collegue. He had Cui Shu killed and extirpated his whole family. Duke Jing repented that he was so much dependent of his single counsellor and instigated the noblemen Luan Ziya 欒子雅, Gao Ziwei 高子尾, Chen Xuwu 陳須無 and the family Bao 鮑 to force Qing Feng into exile. Qing went to Lu 魯 and later on to Wu 吳 in the far south. He was killed during a siege of the town of Zhufang 朱方 (near modern Zhenjiang 鎮江, Jiangsu) by the army of Chu 楚.
