Shi Wei 士蒍, courtesy name Ziyu 子輿 or Yu 輿, was a high minister in the state of Jin 晉 during the Spring and Autumn period (770-5th cent. BCE).

Duke Xian of Jin 晉獻公 (r. 678-651) was anxious about the growing power of his relatives, Uncle Huan 桓叔 (a son of Marquis Mu 晉穆侯 and younger brother of Marquis Wen 晉文侯) of Quwo 曲沃 and his son Earl Zhuang 莊伯, and in 671 therefore Shi Wei suggested to the Duke killing their families.

In 669, he also persuaded the Duke to transfer the capital seat to Jucheng 聚城 (modern Jiangxian 絳縣, Shanxi). Shi Wei took over the execution of all princes that might challenge the house of Jin, but the branch of Quwo survived and finally took over the throne of Jin in 678. In 686 he was promoted to grand Minister of Works (da sikong 大司空).
