Bian Zhang 邊章, also called Bian Yun 邊允, was rebel leader of the late Eastern Han period 東漢 (25-220 CE). He hailed from Jincheng 金城 (modern Lanzhou 蘭州, Gansu) and was a local commander in that region.

During the reign of Emperor Ling 漢靈帝 (r. 167-189), he declared his submission to the Tokharian chieftain Beigong Boyu 北宮伯玉 and took part in the uprising of Li Wenhou 李文侯 against the Han dynasty.

Later on he became a commander under the rebel Han Sui 韓遂 and devastated the northwestern region in bloody campaigns.
