He Qia 和洽, courtesy name Yangshi 陽士, was a high official of the Wei period 曹魏 (220-265).

He hailed from Xiping 西平 in the commandery of Runan 汝南 (today in Henan) and in the beginnings served the warlord Liu Biao 劉表. Cao Cao 曹操 appointed him palace attendant (shizhong 侍中), Emperor Wen 魏文帝 (r. 220-226) promoted him to the post of Chamberlain for Attendants (guangluxun 光祿勳) and gave him the title of Neighbourhood Marquis of Ancheng 安城亭侯. During the reign of Emperor Ming 魏明帝 (r. 226-239 CE) his title of nobility was changed to Township Marquis of Xiling 西陵鄉侯, and he was given the title of Chamberlain for Ceremonials (taichang 太常). In his administration and conduct of life, He Qia advocated sincerity and austerity. This is why his posthumous title of nobility was Marquis Jian 簡侯.
