Shi Huan 史渙 (d. 209 CE), courtesy name Shi Gongliu 史公劉, was a general of the warlord Cao Cao 曹操 during the last decade of the Eastern Han period 東漢 (25-220 CE).
He came from the princedom of Pei 沛 (near modern Suixi 濉溪, Anhui) and was a famous errand knight. His first laurels were won after he had become a follower of Cao Cao. He war first appointed commandant in the Capital Army (zhongjun xiaowei 中軍校尉), and then Capital Commandant (zhonglingjun 中領軍), with the task to command the personal guard of Cao Cao. Shi Huan was granted the title of a marquis, but without territorial rights (liehou 列侯).
