Wen Pin 文聘, courtesy name Zhongye 仲業, was a military officer of the early Wei period 曹魏 (220-265).
He hailed from Wan 宛 in the commandery in Nanyang 南陽 (today in Henan) and was a general of the warlord Liu Biao 劉表 in the last decade of the Eastern Han period 東漢 (25-220 CE). In 208 he joined the warlord Cao Cao 曹操 and took part in Cao Chun's 曹純 attack on Liu Bei 劉備 in Changban 長阪. Wen was rewarded with the post of governor (taishou 太守) of the commandery of Jiangxia 江夏 and was granted the title of Marquis within the Passes (guanneihou 關內侯). Together with Yue Jin 樂進 he attacked Guan Yu 關羽 in Xunkou 尋口. Their victory brought Wen Pin the title of Neighbourhood Marquis of Yanshou 延壽亭侯 and that of General Attacking the Obstreperous (taoni jiangjun 討逆將軍).
Emperor Wei 魏文帝 (r. 220-226) promoted him by granting the title of Township Marquis of Chang'an 長安鄉侯. Wen Pin was entrusted with the siege of Jiangling 江陵, a campaign carried out together with Xiahou Shang 夏侯尚, and yielding him the title of General of the Rear (hou jiangjun 後將軍) and the nobility title of Marquis of Xinye 新野. His posthumous title was Marquis Zhuang 新野壯侯.
