Chenzi yaoyan 陳子要言 "Important words of Master Chen" was a legalist treatise written during the 3rd century CE by Chen Rong 陳融, who hailed from the princedom of Chen 陳 and served as governor (taishou 太守) of the commandery of Yuzhang 豫章.

The bibliographical chapter Jingji zhi 經籍志 in the official dynastic history Suishu 隋書 lists the book as with a length of 14 juan, but says it was already lost. Two fragments survive that are quoted in the encylcopaedia Taiping yulan 太平御覽. They are found in Ma Guohan's 馬國翰 (1794-1857) series Yuhan shanfang jiyi shu 玉函山房輯佚書.
