Mice huihan 秘冊彙函 or Bice huihan 祕册彙函 is a draft version of a series of collectanea (congshu 叢書) compiled by the Ming-period 明 (1368-1644) scholars Shen Shilong 沈士龍 and Hu Zhenheng 胡震亨.
Hu Zhenheng (1505-1585), courtesy name Xiaoyuan 孝轅, style Dunsou 遁叟 or Chicheng Shanren 赤誠诚山人, was a book collector and publisher. He hailed from Haiyan 海鹽 in Zhejiang and was first magistrate of Hefei 合肥, later prefect of Dingzhou 定州, finally a vice director (yuanwailang 員外郎) in the Ministry of War (bingbu 兵部). As an expert of ancient writings he was praised by the philosopher and writer Huang Zongxi 黄宗羲 (1610-1695). He owned more than 10,000 juan of precious books from the Song 宋 (960-1279) and Yuan 元 (1279-1368) periods, with a focus on literature and poetry. He had compiled a book on Tang-period 唐 (618-907) phonology, the Tangyun tongjian 唐音統鋻, and was also known as the author of the books Jingkang zijian lu 靖康咨鋻錄, Chicheng shanren gao 赤誠山人稿, Haiyan tujing 海鹽圖經, and Dushu zazhi 讀書雜志. He furthermore authored a chapter to the local gazetteer Yanyi yiwen zhi 鹽邑藝文志.
The manuscript of the series Mice huihan unfortunately burnt in an accident, and only fragments were surviving. Wholly ruined, Hu Zhenheng tried to reconstruct the original as far as possible and sold these fragments to the book collector Mao Jin 毛晉 (1599-1659), who supported Hu in the reconstruction of the text and published it under the name Jindai mishu 津逮秘書. The surviving parts are included under the name of Mice huihan in the "meta-series" Baibu congshu 百部叢書 (no. 15) and the series Congshu jicheng 叢書集成, but only selectively.
In the Congshu jicheng, the texts of the Mice huihan are scattered over various chapters. In the table below they are identified as the titles not marked with an asterisk *. The Mice huihan has not achieved wider attention because it includes texts that are also to be obtained easily in other collections. The only exception is Jiang Yan's 江淹 (444-505) short text Tongjianzan 銅劎讚.
