Yinzhuan fushi jian 飲饌服食箋 "Treatise on drinking and diet" is a text on healthy diet written during the Ming period 明 (1368-1644) by Gao Lian 高濂 (c. 1600). It is part of his Zunsheng bajian 遵生八箋 (ch. 11-13).
The first of the three fascicles begins with a general introduction and then presents recipes for tea, soups, boiled water (shushui 熟水), congee (zhoumi 粥糜) and preserved meats and fish (fuzha 脯鮓). The second fascicle is dedicated to dishes made of cultivated vegetables (jiashu 家蔬), wild vegetables (yeshu 野蔬), and stuffed objects (niangzao 釀造). The last juan includes recipes for sweets (tianshi 甜食), medical diets made according to strict rules (fazhi yaopin 法制藥品), and "secret formulas" (shenmi fushi 神秘服食), with a total number of 253 recipes, mainly of southeastern origin. The text includes 15 brief theoretical essays.
The greatest part of the recipes was tested by Gao Lian himself, but he also served himself of statements in older texts like Wushi zhongkui lu 吳氏中饋錄 or Jujia biyong shilei quanji 居家必用事類全集.
