Dongshan jiecha xi 洞山玠茶系 (also written 洞山岕茶系) is a book on tea written during the late Ming period 明 (1368-1644) by Zhou Gaoqi 周高起 (d. 1645), courtesy name Bogao 伯高, from Jiangyin 江陰, Jiangsu. Zhou also wrote a book on the teaware of Yixing 宜興, Yangxian minghu xi 陽羨茗壺系. Dongshan 洞山 is the name of a hilly region between the provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
The book begins with a general introduction and then talks about various qualitative types of tea, places of origin, plucking, processing, preparation and serving and the importance of "tribute tea" (gongcha 貢茶) delivered to the imperial court.
